Lucy has worked for both The Manchester College and UCEN Manchester for the past 15 years in a variety of different roles.
As well as being a psychology lecturer, Lucy has worked as a personal tutor, course leader and ILT Champion. She is currently studying an MSc in Mental Health Science and plans to incorporate this into her teaching.
She said: “My favourite thing about my subject area is the fact that not many students have studied it before and the insight they get into the human mind is amazing! Outside of work, I like to promote mental health issues and reduce stigma surrounding it.”
