Overview
If you’re currently a qualified internal quality assurer but would like extra support or a refresher on current IQA practice, then this one-day update course is the qualification for you.
You’ll focus on the assessment processes and practices in internal quality assurance, looking at the role of the IQA in learning environments. You’ll cover what should be in a sampling plan and different methods of sampling assessor decisions.
As part of the short course, you’ll also learn how to provide relevant feedback to assessors, and how to keep effective records.

Academic Entry Requirements
To enrol on this course, you’ll need to be a qualified internal quality assurer already. You should have superb verbal and written communication skills, and we’ll ask you to attend an interview before offering you a place.
