Overview
The Council for Licensed Conveyancer qualification is a specialised law qualification.
It is aimed at those who are working in, or who wish to return to a conveyancing related career.
This qualification consists of the following modules;
- Conveyancing Law and Practice
- Landlord and Tenant
- Managing Client and Office Accounts
Learners must possess a high standard of English. A level two relevant qualification is desirable.
Conveyancing experience in a relevant business sector is essential.
Work experience in a business sector that involves conveyancy work is vital.
All applicants will be interviewed to ascertain prior qualifications and experience.
All modules are assessed via exams
The total costs will be the total payment for the full 2 years. Most of our learners receive sponsorship from their employers. Payment will be processed in this case via a sign letter from them. We will provide guidance on what information should be included in the letter.
