Rochelle is HE Business Co-ordinator and tutor for a number of courses at UCEN Manchester including FdA Business Management, FdA Business Marketing, FdA Business and Human Resource Management and HNC/D in Business.
A former online tutor for professional qualification provider MOL Learn, she taught learners on the CIPD Level 7 qualification, and she was also a Business tutor for The Manchester College. Her previous roles before becoming a tutor included Team Leader, Recruitment and Selection, and Customer advisor.
As well as eight years in face to face teaching and three years as a virtual teacher, Rochelle has gained a BA Hons in Business and Global Marketing, a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education, a Masters in Learning and Development Management, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education academy.
She said: “I have a passion for people and performance especially in employee engagement, leadership, and Learning and Development.
“Outside of work I am passionate about the people industry and volunteer as an ambassador for the Chartered institute for Personnel Development (CIPD), where I support local learning and development events and policy change within the people profession.”
