Congratulations to our graduates

Celebrating the achievements of our Classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Today (Tuesday 1 November) marks graduation day for three years of UCEN Manchester students. The first in-person graduation event since 2019 and a momentous occasion for all students.

The Classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022 will come together at Emirates Old Trafford, the home of Lancashire Cricket Club in Manchester to celebrate their achievements with their families, friends, peers and tutors.

Since 2019 over 1,500 students have completed higher education qualifications at UCEN Manchester and are being recognised at three special ceremonies.

Michael Walsh, Dean of UCEN Manchester, said: “Today is a landmark day for our graduates. A day to celebrate their achievements and success in completing a programme of higher education.

“It is also a day for reflection, looking back at what our students have achieved - for many under the exceptional circumstances and challenges brought about by the pandemic - the experiences they have had and the connections they have made.

“On behalf of everyone at UCEN Manchester, I offer my congratulations to each and every one of our graduates, on their academic and personal achievements.”

Each graduation ceremony will be live streamed and available for family and friends to watch. The ceremony will also be available on the website after the event for graduates to enjoy the experience.
