Amy joined lots of our other graduates working on set in the film and TV industry, with credits on popular BBC, Channel 4 and Netflix productions.

“So many graduates from The Manchester Film School are working in the industry and the practical experience I got during the course meant I could walk on to a professional set and work comfortably.

“The standards we were held to as students at UCEN Manchester are the same as those of the industry and, even though I didn’t have any media qualifications before I started the course, all of the roles I was training for felt attainable.

In my most recent job working as a script supervisor on Shane Meadows’ new Channel 4 drama, I ended up working alongside two other graduates from the Manchester Film School.
