Students assessment marking deadlines and student support services

Students can access additional support through our dedicated Future U service

With the end of the first academic term in sight, UCEN Manchester students are reminded of the assessment marking processes, as outlined in programme handbooks.

The turnaround time between submitting an assignment and receiving feedback is 15 working days (excluding designated public and college holidays).  Students are reminded that all marks are provisional until confirmed by the progression or award board.

Should students need help to manage stress or deadlines, UCEN Manchester’s dedicated support service Future U is available.

The Future U team consists of Careers and Welfare, Library Services, Student Voice, Students’ Union, Health and Wellbeing, Academic Support, and Progression. Advisors are available daily in the Future U hubs on campus. Pick up your copy of the Future U Handbook on site.

Team members are on hand to support students in a number of ways through study skills sessions, advice on careers, employability and enterprise, or finances.
