NALP Paralegal Studies

Diploma
Leaflet Code: L8999

Overview

Our Level 4 Paralegal Studies qualification is designed for anyone who has studied a law-based qualification at Level 3 or is working in an administrative role within the legal profession.

Paralegals may work in commerce, industry, or the public sector and they can also now offer some legal services directly to their own clients provided they have a Licence to Practise through NALP.

This course will provide you with a sound knowledge and understanding of both the English Legal System along with the Practical Skills required to work effectively as a paralegal. Upon achievement, you will be eligible to apply for Associate Membership of NALP (A.NALP). This will distinguish you as being a NALP qualified paralegal.

The course will run one day a week (three hours per week) and consists of ten modules to be completed over two year.
