Overview

This course is ideal for learners who have a love for cooking and all things food. Along side your cooking technique you will develop the ability to evaluate and critique the food you produce in order to professionally and appropriately plan for and create a range of menus.
You will also further your knowledge of hygiene, safety, time management and various other skills imperative to successfully working in a professional kitchen.

This is an 18-month course that covers both the preparation and practical elements of working in a kitchen.

Applicants must possess a Level 3 Professional Cookery qualification or alternatively have the equivalent experience working in hotels or restaurants for a minimum of 5 years.
You must have Level 2 English and Maths or GCSE equivalent.
There are no formal assessments for this course.
This will provide you with experience to become a head chef within the industry.
Work towards becoming executive chef.
Hospitality management.
£5421 with a £310 Registration Fee
