This course is ideal for learners who have a love for cooking and all things food. Along side your cooking technique you will develop the ability to evaluate and critique the food you produce in order to professionally and appropriately plan for and create a range of menus.
You will also further your knowledge of hygiene, safety, time management and various other skills imperative to successfully working in a professional kitchen.
This is an 18-month course that covers both the preparation and practical elements of working in a kitchen.
